This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is an agreement between you (the “Client”) and MileHI Music. (“MileHI Music”, “we”, or “us”).
Returns and Refunds Policy

Payment Policy
We require payment in full before we begin working on your project
Revision Policy
All our design and written services can be revised up to 2 times for no additional charge. Any revision requested after that will be an additional $15.
Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds for our services once we start working on your project.
If we have not begun working on your project you can email us at Sales@mileHImusic.com and cancel your order. You will be given a 100% no-hassle refund.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you have any specific questions relating to the services we offer.
Discounts
Referral:
- if you enter the email of the person who referred you, you will receive an immediate discount and they will receive a discount on their next order.
- Referral discounts can only be used once per person.
- The more people you refer to our services, the more referral credits you will receive.
Discount Code:
- discount codes can only be applied to orders with a balance greater than $11.00.
- They can only be used once per person.
- You must have been offered a discount code in order to use it.
